I had my home inspected by Elite Certified Home Inspections and Alex did a great job. He was punctual, he was thorough and really made sure I understood the issues he found. He took his time to explain things and pointed out what was minor and major and I felt like he was really looking out for me. You could tell he wanted to make sure I had enough information to make a good decision. The report he sent me was very detailed, easy to understand and had great photos. He even used a drone to inspect the roof! I really had a great experience and if you want a professional and quality inspection, you will love Elite. I have recommended them to my family and friends and they were all very pleased. Thanks so much Alex!

Elite Certified Home Inspections was phenomenal. As a seller preparing my home for resale, I appreciated how professional, punctual, and thorough Alex was throughout the entire process. His report was detailed yet easy to understand, and he took the time to walk me through the findings clearly without rushing.

What stood out most was his precision. Nothing was overlooked, and the inspection was handled with the level of care and professionalism you want in a high-value transaction.

Thank Alex.
